Job Title: Website Specialist (PM)

Location: Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Irvine, CA

Type: Freelance, W2 only (NO C2C)

About the Role

Our Pharmaceutical Client is seeking a Website Specialist to support their commercial website initiatives on an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Platform. You'll manage website projects from intake through delivery, working with cross-functional teams, agencies, and IT to ensure compliant, effective, and optimized digital experiences.

What You'll Do



  • Manage website updates, enhancements, and content optimization for Consumer and HCP (healthcare professional) sites.
  • Handle project intake, activation, issue management, and escalations.
  • Translate business requirements into clear project briefs.
  • Support SEO, tagging, analytics, testing, and personalization workstreams.
  • Partner with IT/Tech teams to deliver AEM projects (no deep technical expertise required).
  • Navigate Veeva submissions (Medical Legal Review approvals: MLR) with cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee smaller projects with light project management responsibilities.


What We're Looking For



  • 5-7 years experience in website operations, or WEB project management (pharma/healthcare preferred).
  • Strong relationship builder, comfortable in a matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with AEM and Veeva submissions.
  • Experience with omnichannel digital initiatives (web, email, mobile).
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital KPIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Workfront, Trello, or similar tools.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
