Job Title: Customer Service Inbound I Location: Trenton NJ 08625 Duration: 6+ Months (possible extension) Hours/week: 37.5hrs Shift timings: Mon-Fri 8-4;00 pm Pay rate: $18.00/hr on W2 without benefits Job Description: Answerphone and generate helpdesk tickets, check our email ticket system to assign to correct unit. Answer phone and generate helpdesk tickets using HEAT system. Assign tickets to the correct unit. Training in the use of the HEAT system will be provided. Mandatory Skills: Basic PC skills. Typing. Phone and typing skills.
