We are looking for an Account Resolution Supervisor to join our team! The salary range for this position is $25.78 to $32.22 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is classified as hybrid.

The Account Resolution Recovery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing specialized functions within the Account Resolution department, including-but not limited to-bankruptcy, repossessions, foreclosures, loss mitigation, legal matters, and charged-off accounts. Working in close partnership with the AR Manager, the AR Recovery Supervisor helps guide team performance, system improvements, and ensures full compliance with state, federal, and credit union regulations and policies. The position is accountable for achieving key performance metrics related to efficiency, quality, and departmental effectiveness while upholding OnPath's values of integrity and ethics.
