Summary:

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. You will play a critical part in ensuring that access to information systems is appropriately granted, managed, and monitored in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and best practices. You will work closely with IT, HR, Compliance, and business units to maintain secure and efficient identity lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Process user access requests and perform user provisioning/deprovisioning activities across enterprise systems.
  • Maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Least Privilege principles for SOX and non-SOX applications.
  • Support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud administration including access certifications, policy violation reviews, and access request workflows.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to manage end to end joiner/mover/leaver processes.
  • Conduct regular access reviews and certifications for SOX-relevant systems.
  • Monitor and report on user access compliance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) violations.
  • Work with audit and compliance teams to gather IAM-related evidence for internal and external audits.
  • Support IAM governance, policies and solutions across Single Sign-On (SSO), directory services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileges access.
  • Support the integration of new applications into the IAM system using SailPoint connectors and APIs.
  • Document IAM processes and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide user support and training for IAM tools and processes.
  • Occasional off-hours support may be required for critical IAM changes or audits.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field is preferred.
  • 5 or more years of related experience required.
  • Experience in IAM, IT security, or system administration role is required.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar IAM platforms required.
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and SoD concepts required.
  • Experience with CyberArk, Dilinea, BeyondTrust or similar Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliance efforts, and collaborating with internal and external audit teams preferred.
  • Experience with scripting such as PowerShell, Python, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) including experience using AI tools and creating AI prompts preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SailPoint, CIAM, SSCP, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
