KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Office Experience to join our Administrative and Office Experience organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach, lead, and motivate team to create and enhance the in-office employee experience by meeting and/or exceeding performance goals, while consistently seeking ways to advance team capabilities and performance; promote a teaming culture with shared goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths, specialized skills and diverse perspectives to help create a high-performing team; build strong relationships with counselees to promote growth and provide direct feedback to cultivate solid performance
  • Provide exceptional oversight and responsibility for the firm's critical in-office work model supporting meetings, trainings, connectivity, team collaboration and heads down work; oversight of multiple offices within a Hub location supporting our Flex with Purpose mode
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and administration of processes and services aligned with AOE leadership, leading national Administrative Office Experience (AOE) initiatives and projects locally, such as, mail and shipping, office safety and security, facilities management, Thrive Cafes, space planning, living green, crisis management, and more
  • Drive complex levels of work, emphasizing superior knowledge, customer service, excellence, and responsiveness; making certain that all work is conducted in accordance with AOE guiding principles
  • Support and manage Local Events and Meetings (LME) leaning into our national LME model to drive a consistent and first-class experience across offices, collaborate with Digital Nexus and Real Estate services to ensure office/conference technology and construction projects and office moves are supported; accountable for compliance and standard operating procedures department-wide including workspace and meeting reservation management tool, WSD (ServiceNow)
  • Act as a liaison with base building management company
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent hospitality, facilities, administrative or customer service management and leadership experience, prior experience in a professional services environment preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications; workplace and meeting reservation platform knowledge preferred
  • Experienced and strong people leader; approachable and team oriented, building, leading and mentoring teams in a positive environment
  • Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
