Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to conduct story-driven and data-driven analysis of business challenges and design robust, automated solutions tailored to business requirements within a global-scale, homegrown ERP environment. This role involves gathering and translating business requirements into detailed technical solution designs, including concept, logical, and physical designs, while leveraging expertise in software development (Java, SQL, Python), database design, and software architecture (REST, event-driven, distributed systems). The position also supports implementation and testing through DevOps processes, utilizing monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools for effective production support. By collaborating closely with development and business teams, this role ensures solutions are cost-effective and aligned with both technical and business objectives. The position can handle middle-level domain requirements with some guidance , enhancing system functionality, improving process efficiency, and contributing to the successful delivery of advanced integration solutions.

• Conduct story-driven and data-driven analysis of business requirements within own domain (may with some guidance)
• Develop comprehensive technical solution designs, encompassing conceptual, logical, and physical aspects. Utilize expertise in software development (Java, SQL, Python), database design, and software architecture (REST, event-driven, distributed systems), for middle-level domain requirements (may with some guidance).
• Engages with business and IT partners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment between solutions and business needs.
• Utilizing monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and debugging tools for effective production support..
• Assist in developing such as data analysis prototypes and performing data migration tasks, etc., under supervision.

• >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related major is required.
• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

La principale mission de ce poste est de realiser des analyses axees sur les donnees et sur les recits afin de relever les defis d'affaires et de concevoir des solutions automatisees robustes, adaptees aux exigences de l'entreprise, dans un environnement ERP interne a grande echelle. Le poste soutient egalement la mise en uvre et les tests grace aux processus DevOps, en utilisant des outils de surveillance, de journalisation, de depannage et de debogage pour assurer un soutien efficace en production. En collaborant etroitement avec les equipes de developpement et les equipes d'affaires, ce role garantit que les solutions sont rentables et alignees sur les objectifs techniques et commerciaux. Le poste peut traiter des exigences de domaine de niveau intermediaire avec un certain encadrement, en ameliorant la fonctionnalite du systeme, en optimisant l'efficacite des processus et en contribuant a la livraison reussie de solutions d'integration avancees.

• Effectuer des analyses axees sur les recits et sur les donnees des besoins d'affaires dans son domaine (avec un certain encadrement).

• Collaborer avec les partenaires d'affaires et TI pour clarifier les besoins et assurer l'alignement entre les solutions et les objectifs d'affaires.
• Utiliser des outils de surveillance, de journalisation, de depannage et de debogage pour un soutien efficace en production.
• Participer au developpement de prototypes d'analyse de donnees et a l'execution de taches de migration de donnees, sous supervision.

• Experience pertinente : 1 a 3 ans
• Diplome de baccalaureat en informatique, technologies de l'information, mathematiques ou domaine connexe requis.
• Capacite a executer des instructions et a demander des eclaircissements au besoin.
