PLATFORM SOLUTIONS

JOB SUMMARY

This Analyst will serve as a conduit between Credit Card Operations, Workforce Management (WFM), and Finance. The role is designed to support strategic planning, headcount forecasting, and operational reporting, while driving analytical rigor and business impact across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial & Headcount Planning



  • Partner with WFM long-term planners to produce headcount and expense forecasts for contact center agents
  • Support budget reviews ensuring alignment with budget cycles and operational goals


Operational Reporting & Metrics



  • Work with the Chief of Staff team to deliver operating metrics and performance dashboards
  • Assist in preparing materials for monthly business reviews and executive updates.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Act as a liaison between Operations and Finance supporting contract reviews and implementation oversight


Strategic Support & Ownership



  • Contribute to initiatives that challenge assumptions, manage expectations, and communicate effectively across teams.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, operations analysis, or workforce management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
