Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Facilitate the implementation of large-scale strategic cross-divisional initiatives and deploy appropriate project management methodologies and governance tools to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and of high quality. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for the project's scrum team, including sprint planning, story grooming, daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Liaise and coordinate between project stakeholders (including deal execution teams, Sales, Product Managers, Operations and Engineers) to ensure high quality solutions are being delivered and benefits are realized. Manage the collation and updates to the project RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies) and take proactive action to mitigate such items as soon as possible. Own and share project status reports on a regular basis to keep all necessary stakeholders up to date on progress and risk items. Collate a robust project delivery schedule and manage any changes to scope or milestone delivery with stakeholders, ensuring agreement on such changes. Coordinate user acceptance testing and sign-off to ensure quality solutions are implemented. Work with multiple business units across different functions and geographical regions to streamline process, and help define solutions to increase efficiency, mitigate risk and costs. Construct process flow documentation in order to identify potential issues and areas of inefficiency, along with highlighting functional insights of the current state process. Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology and Management, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology and Management, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience (with a Master's degree) OR three (3) years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) with the following: managing complex, cross-functional projects in a heavily matrixed organization, including direct oversight of engineering deliverables; driving solution implementation and benefits delivery that fully meets the organizational goals; defining and developing business case and scope, articulating issues, challenges, risks, dependencies, solutions, and providing status reports; leading projects through all elements of the software development life cycle (SDLC), using JIRA software for project management; designing solution or other design and strategic implementations within the Financial Services sector; communicating project status and risk items to a broad range of stakeholders, including Executive/Senior Management level; and managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
