Cell Leader *Shift: 2nd, (3pm-11:30pm)* *Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)* We're seeking a dependable and hands-on Cell Leader for our 2nd shift. This role ensures product quality by training operators, monitoring processes, reducing scrap, and performing quality inspections. Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably injection molding. Job Description: Ensure process and product quality meets standards Monitor and report scrap levels Train and coach operators on procedures and quality requirements Perform lot audits and quality inspections Complete inventory transactions accurately and timely Operate forklift to move materials as needed Communicate effectively between shifts Complete end-of-shift and scrap reconciliation reports Maintain tools, supplies, and cleanliness of work areas Assist in developing work instructions and quality documents Support with operator breaks and lunches
