Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime: As needed on Saturdays
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000/year (Based on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Fabrication Foreman/Supervisor to lead our fabrication team. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the fabrication department. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within spec, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of 20+ fabrication and welding personnel
  • Schedule daily work assignments and adjust manpower as needed
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and meet quality expectations
  • Conduct fabrication and weld inspections for quality control
  • Collaborate with other departments (engineering, quality, logistics) to support production flow
  • Train, mentor, and develop new and existing employees
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
  • Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor equipment and material usage to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Maintain clear and accurate records for reporting and planning purposes
  • Review and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with AWS D1.1 Welding Code and other applicable standards
Requirements:
  • Proven background in steel fabrication within a job shop environment
  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
  • Skilled in reading fabrication drawings, weld symbols, and specs
  • Familiarity with welding processes, equipment, and tools
  • Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 Welding Code
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable using planning/reporting software and basic computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high-quality standards
