Position Title: Truck Shop Technician
Wage: $20-$35/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7am-5pm QPS is looking for a Truck Shop Technician! If you're mechanically inclined and have experience as a technician or mechanic, this is a great opportunity to work hands-on with truck-mounted equipment, PTOs, pumps, valves, and hydraulic components. Truck Shop Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Install, service, and repair truck-mounted equipment and hydraulic systems - Diagnose mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance - Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely in a fast-paced shop environment - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and complete projects Truck Shop Technician Requirements: - Previous experience as a technician or mechanic (heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or related equipment preferred) - Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills - Must provide your own tools - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual - Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
