Classification: Exempt Salary Range: $45,000- $50,000 Reports to: Operations Manager Date: September 2025 Job Description The Shift Supervisor supervises varies departments such as SBUX, Sanitation and transportation, ensuring all departments operations are running smoothly, safely, and in compliance with regulations. Essential Functions Supervise and coordinate SBUX, Sanitation and Transportation departments to maintain company standards and specifications. Ensure government regulatory requirements to include OSHA, HACCP, FDA and USDA, are followed. Perform daily briefings with employees. Monitor daily schedules. Coaching and training employees. Maintain high standards of quality and service. Report on any work-related accidents and injuries. Prepare Shift reports as required. Any other duties assigned by a manager. Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years' experience in operations. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport ID badge. Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to off-hour emergencies. Excellent communication and teaming skills. Computer Skills. Supervisory Responsibility This position has supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This position is in a food manufacturing facility and involves working in areas that may be cold, hot, humid, or noisy. Work may take place on wet or slippery surfaces. Schedules may include overtime, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs. Physical Demands Work from ladders; Lift 30 pounds several times per day and maintain balance; Ability to perform duties in extreme varying temperatures; Bending at the waist, kneeling, climbing, walking, and crouching as necessary to perform job duties. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position in a 24/7/365 work environment. Flexibility to work 8, 10, 12-hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and call-ins as required.
