Position Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Wage: Based on Experience Our client, a multi-business unit organization, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruitment efforts and support company growth. This role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic workforce planning, process improvement, and employment branding. The Senior TA Partner will work directly with senior leadership and hiring managers to anticipate talent needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable business results. They offer a hybrid work schedule with two days onsite at their Appleton, WI location. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered. Occasional travel to other locations in the U.S. is required. Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle recruitment for both high-volume production roles and professional/salaried positions - Partner with business leaders to develop workforce strategies, identify talent gaps and provide data-driven recommendations - Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets - Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience and overall quality of hire - Support employment branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice - Provide market intelligence, competitive insights and strategic guidance to hiring managers - Build and maintain proactive pipelines for current and future workforce needs - Track and report on key talent acquisition metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve results Requirements for Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: - 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including strategic partnership in multi-business unit environments - Proven success in both high-volume and professional-level recruitment, ideally within the manufacturing industry - Experience leading sourcing strategies, employment branding, and process improvements - Strong ability to influence and advise senior leadership - Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools - Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills What We're Looking For: - A strategic yet hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - A problem solver who provides solutions and drives results - A confident professional who can partner effectively at all levels, from production to executive leadership - A commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences If interested in this Senior Talent Acquisition Partner position, please apply now.
