POSITION SUMMARY:

The Consumer Operations Specialist will help support, through project management, the execution of impactful outreach and engagement initiatives across multiple channels and markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating complex project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones, maintaining seamless communication with internal teams and external vendors, and monitoring project progress. You will also assist with budget tracking, prepare project documentation, and support special initiatives that drive consumer engagement and business success.


Responsibilities

  1. Act as the primary intake point for all enterprise consumer team project requests, documenting requirements, assessing feasibility, and routing them for prioritization and approval
  2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure successful execution
  3. Manage enterprise projects collaborating with local marcom teams to improve efficiency on projects like physician onboarding, innovation launches, location opening support, toolkits, etc.
  4. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to gather content, assets, and approvals required for projects
  5. Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document key discussions, and follow up on action items
  6. Prepare professional presentations, reports, and status updates to communicate project performance and outcomes
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while tracking assignments and meeting deadlines
  8. Takes ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or requested

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, and/or related degree
  • Three to five years in marketing, project coordination, or a related field
  • Previous health care experience, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
