The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer provides comprehensive, high-level executive support to the CEO, involving complex calendar management, communication, and administrative priorities. This role ensures the CEO's effectiveness and priorities are advanced by coordinating meetings, correspondence, and executive interactions. The Executive Assistant manages complex workflows, high-stakes communications, and sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. |

Manage the CEO's complex calendar, travel arrangement, and meeting logistics.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, preparing any necessary agendas or materials in advance.
Serve as the first point of contact and "gatekeeper" for the CEO's office, balancing access while maintaining positive relationships.
Collaborate closely with the Manager of Board Governance and the Executive Office to ensure smooth coordination between governance and executive operations.
Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
Support the CEO in external engagements (conferences, retreats, community events, etc.) with material preparation and other logistics as needed.
Support special projects and/or initiatives at the direction of the CEO.
Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational matters.
Performs other duties as assigned. |
EDUCATION: |
Required: Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field of study
Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field of study |

EXPERIENCE: |
Required: 10 years' experience in executive-level administrative support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred: Previous experience supporting C-suite individual strongly preferred |
