JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Technical Product Delivery is responsible for leading engineering teams in the delivery of data platform solutions within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including data pipelines, data quality framework, semantic/presentation layer, and orchestration services. The incumbent provides input to make critical business decisions, including staffing and process improvement, and impacts day-to-day operations through the oversight of the technology team. The incumbent operates with considerable latitude for unreviewed decisions and uses an extensive range of knowledge to complete job responsibilities.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Provide Leadership to teams of data engineering professionals that include Data Engineering Managers, Data Engineers, Test Engineers and Data/Business Analyst.
  2. Operate as a technical authority within the SAFe agile framework, demonstrating and coaching others in servant leadership.
  3. Work with Business Owners, Product Owners, Portfolio Managers and Architects to identify future work and help set up the delivery teams for success.
  4. Build and maintain successful relationships with all departments, stakeholders and external customers involved
  5. Hire and retain the best talent.
  6. Coach teams operate efficiently, to work at a sustained pace.
  7. Identify growth opportunities, evaluate risks and provide recommendations to realize benefits.
  8. Ensure that the teams adhere to best practices with respect to Technology, Quality, and Process.
  9. Responsible for department budget, including resource staffing and technology hosting/license costs, and participation in Technology planning and budgeting.
  10. Responsible for the overall stability of the product, work closely with incident management group to deal with Priority incidents.
  11. Responsible for administrative duties related to reporting staff such as performance reviews, salary administration etc.
  12. Be a champion of Claritev's core culture; ACTS - (Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Service Excellence)
  13. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  14. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.
  15. Please note due to the exposure of PHI sensitive data - this role is considered to be a High Risk Role.

This is a people management job with authority for all HR actions (hiring, firing, discipline, training, etc.)
