Credence is seeking a CON-IT Site Representative to support Space Systems Command/PK. This is a full and part-time, remote opportunity that begins immediately and ends in May 2026.



Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Data Migration Support

    Support leading Space Systems Command/PK data migration from legacy CWSs to CON-IT. This data migration shall include, but is not limited to, supporting the revisions and implementation of Space Systems Command/PK CWS data migration plan. The Contractor shall communicate and collaborate with SSC/PK government leadership to integrate efforts across technical and contracting functional teams. The Contractor shall identify and advise users on tactical solutions to issues they encounter when transferring data from the legacy CWSs to the CON-IT system. The Contractor shall assist in resolving any problems users experience to keep migration actions on schedule. The Contractor shall provide technical support for the information required to carry out the migration process, including data standards, data sequencing, and other migration-related issues. Create, recommend, and implement solutions to problems to make migrating contracts PDS- compliant.
  • Formulate and deliver functional contracting recommendations to multiple levels within the enterprise (Space Systems Command, Space Systems Command, ConWrite Program Management Office (PMO), CON-IT PMO, and SAF/AQCI). Resolve migration issues and create new reports within automated migration tools. Operate contract reporting systems, input and retrieve data from them, and solve problems related to them.
  • Operate the entire ConWrite suite of applications, including, but not limited to, ConMove, ConAdmin, ConWrite, ConAward, ConWrite Migration Data Cleansing Assistant, and Endgame to perform assigned tasks to assist with database cleanup and maintenance.


Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Secret clearance required
  • Shall have demonstrable hands-on working knowledge and experience in Contract Writing Systems (CWSs); specific experience working with ConWrite is preferred, but if the Contractor has no experience with ConWrite, the Contractor will need to come up-to-speed and learn the system through self-study within the first two (2) weeks on the job.
  • Have working knowledge of data analysis techniques and be highly skilled in both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate a mastery of Federal, DoD, USSF, Space Systems Command, and private-sector contracting principles, laws, statutes, Executive Orders, regulations, and procedures.
  • Shall have demonstrated the ability to take initiative and complete the mission with progressive levels of responsibility in prior positions held
  • Shall have hands-on working knowledge of and experience with Government contract reporting systems, including how these systems communicate and what type of data they hold; These contract reporting systems include, but are not limited to, the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Beta System for Award Management (SAM), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and Electronic Data Access (EDA). The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of Electronic Data familiar within four weeks of hire through self-study in order to meet contract requirements.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Ability to lift in excess of 25 lbs, standing for long periods of time, traveling across base regularly, transporting equipment, etc.
