Accountabilities

  • Lead New Business (EC/ Corp/ Home delivery) channel trade planning/ post evaluation/ digital material development & SAP code setting.
  • Retail POSM (national campaign/ tailer-made) In-store POSM development & coordination with lead-time control, production, and delivery to trade.
  • Premium development & coordination.
  • Budget management & accrual process.
  • Ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required.

Required Skills/Experiences

  • A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG related industry is a plus
  • Strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels
  • Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment
  • Self-motivated and can-do spirit
  • A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency
  • Basic command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
