About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over three hundred outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over forty distinct types of primary care and specialty practices, which allow those who work in these clinics the opportunity to gain experience and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Corewell Health Family Medicine - Gaslight welcomes patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Our team currently includes nine dedicated providers: three MDs, two DOs, and four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The Practice Supervisor, in partnership with the Operations Manager, will lead a clinical support team of approximately fifteen staff members. This role is responsible for optimizing workflow and ensuring the continued efficiency and high-quality operation of the practice. Scope of work Directs the activities of team members within assigned areas and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members' performance and development and ensures policy adherence. Essential Functions
