JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State Brandywine's Development and Alumni Relations office is seeking a part-time staff member to provide overall on-campus administrative support, event management, stewardship coordination, and operations support. Reporting to the Director of Campus Development, the Administrative and Stewardship Coordinator is a crucial part of the team's success in advancing strategic priorities set forth by the Chancellor. Typical job duties include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, experience with projects, and event planning. HS diploma or GED preferred. 2-3 years of fundraising, donor communication, and other relevant experience related to fundraising as well as administrative support experienced preferred. Hours for this position are typically scheduled 9-5pm, Monday through Friday, 25 hours per week. The hourly pay rate will depend on the chosen candidate's education, qualifications, skills, and experience. For full consideration, please submit a completed application, resume and cover letter.
