What you'll do:

Responsible for Information Technology (IT) General
Controls assessment for annual Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance through testing
design and effectiveness of controls, IT security control approval, and IT
change control approval. The role will be responsible for performing various
internal control functions on a regular basis to ensure the security,
compliance, and privacy of the organization's data. Strong background and
experience in IT systems and a thorough understanding of various ERP and
finance software platforms will be necessary. The candidate will work closely
with stakeholders across regions and functions to support audit readiness, and risk
mitigation, ensuring a consistent and effective IT controls environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess the risks associated with the IT environment and identify the necessary controls to mitigate those risks.
Oversee the design and implementation of controls in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Manage the scope, testing,
and remediation of IT SOX audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Test the controls in place to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.
Review security roles and ensure separation of duty matrix is followed.

Develop and maintain
SOX-compliant IT policies and procedures.
Evaluate new IT
processes for SOX relevance and support attestation efforts.
Monitor IT SOX
compliance status, report risks, and represent IT SOX in governance
bodies.
Coordinate IT SOX activities
globally, liaising with regional SOX teams and internal/external auditors.

Gather critical cloud applications SOC reports required for reporting and audit compliance.
What you need to be successful:

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT risk, compliance, or audit, including SOX IT controls and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Bachelor's or master's
degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or similar education
applicable to IT and business processes controls

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Expertise in IT change
management oversight, audit coordination, and policy development.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Preferred:
Big four public accounting experience
Experience with AuditBoard

Professional
certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIA, CPA)

Possess excellent:
Written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Leadership attributes and people skills.
Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work with changing priorities.
