Your Role

We are seeking proactive and energetic Junior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources Business Partner Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across multiple HR functions-including immigration, training and development, and business partner support. The ideal candidate must have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and simultaneously demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, confidentiality and client service.

Immigration responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the external immigration law firm.
  • Track and manage all active immigration cases, including work visas, permanent residency applications, and renewals.
  • Maintain detailed records of case statuses and deadlines using internal tracking systems.
  • Ensure all immigration-related documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Monitor compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
  • Assist in developing and updating internal immigration policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed of changes in immigration laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.


Training and Development responsibilities



  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing training and onboarding programs.
  • Help oversee training sessions in person and virtually.
  • Coordinate training sessions with internal and external vendors and trainers.
  • Manage training calendars, scheduling, and enrollment.
  • Collect participant feedback to help measure program effectiveness.
  • Recommend training program improvements based on analytics and feedback.
  • Track and manage the Talent Development budget.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and reconcile training-related costs.


HR Business Partner support responsibilities



  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage and update organizational charts.
  • Provide tactical support to HR Business Partners during key talent processes such as promotions, performance reviews and compensation
  • Generate and analyze ad hoc HR reports to inform decision-
  • Contribute to cross HR projects to help ensure seamless execution
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives offering feedback and helping implement more efficient workflows


What You'll Bring



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years of experience in immigration processes
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with urgency and precision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and keen attention to detail
  • Adaptable and resilient in the face of change, with a continuous learning orientation
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to engage professionally across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Collaborative and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-service mindset
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence


The salary range for this role is expected to be $125,000 to $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is accurate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, depending upon factors such as skills, experience, location, or other business and organizational needs. This wage range may also be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
