Join our dynamic team as an Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MSO compensation at Cencora! In this exciting position, you'll collaborate closely with HRBP teams and business unit leaders, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive innovative compensation strategies and programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing and sustaining MSO compensation initiatives that not only enhance team member experiences but also strengthen our retention efforts.   • Support all team member MSO compensation policies and programs
  • Proactively review the development, implementation, and monitoring of targeted MSO compensation programs and initiatives to compete with changing market conditions and trends
  • Ensures programs and policies deliver internal job and pay equity among team members
  • Recommend salary structure placement in line with local market data, and prepares cost recommendations for market-based and merit/equity adjustments
  • Proactively provides advice on the management of all base pay, short-term incentive and long-term incentive programs including eligibility, ensuring compliance within established parameters and timelines
  • Works with the compensation team to ensure all MSO leaders are informed and aligned with pay practices while ensuring legislative compliance
  • Partners with the HRIS & Payroll teams and the local Senior HR Business Partners on corporate initiatives
  • Provides consultation to the HR team as well as management on MSO compensation issues; provides guidance regarding compensation practices, policies, interpretation, problem resolution and compliance with AB internal regulations, as well as local and federal laws
  • Provides HR team members with guidance and coaching as required

Requirements:

  • A college diploma/university degree, focusing on business, with a major in Human Resources
  • CCP designation, Compensation, Benefits designation, an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant progressive compensation, benefits, payroll and HRIS experience.
  • Experience with Workday, an asset.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
