DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Analyze data and workflow across manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Evaluate existing operational procedures, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and present improvement recommendations to leadership

*Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources to track performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement

*Develop dashboards and reports to monitor production performance, downtime, yield, and quality metrics

*Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement using statistical and predictive analytics

*Apply data-driven insights to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and improve production schedules

*Support root cause analysis for production issues using data modeling and visualization tools

*Maintain and improve data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems

*Identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for specific tasks like data collection and automation

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Information Technology, to understand their needs and ensure alignment of operational improvements

*Present findings and recommendations to department leadership in a clear and compelling manner

*Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems, monitoring performance and adjusting as needed

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary



REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Analyze data, and identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing operations

*Work effectively with cross-functional teams

*Work independently

*Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to various stakeholders

*Coordinate projects effectively, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress

*Travel to Pride's domestic facilities as needed

Must have:

*Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

*Intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality control principles

*Strong knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to various stakeholders

*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization software

*Excellent web navigation skills



PREFERRED SKILLS

*Familiarity with machine learning or advanced analytics techniques preferred

*Familiarity with AI platforms preferred

*Basic working knowledge of Pride products and systems preferred



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of data analysis experience OR a bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 2 years of experience in data analysis in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred



REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED



PREFERRED EDUCATION

*Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics preferred
