The College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) at the University of Cincinnati invites applications for the position of Program Coordinator in the Student Affairs office. DAAP is a world class college at one of the region's premier universities. Reporting to Student Affairs, the Program Coordinator provides critical office support by serving as the face of the college office, assisting students, faculty, staff, and the general public with inquires, and navigating university processes. Job Overview
The position requires strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Forms; student information system; SAP; Concur); excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment; the ability to handle work distractions; and the ability to be successful as part of a team. The person in this position will need to learn new tasks quickly, manage their time efficiently, respect issues of confidentiality, and pay attention to details. Type of Appointment: Full-time, benefits eligible Work Location: 5470 Aronoff (Clifton/Uptown Campus West) Work Hours: Monday through Friday between 8AM and 4:30PM After a probationary period, this role is able to work remotely one day per week (i.e., 4 days in office and 1 day remote).
