Schedule: Monday - Friday \| 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays) Pay: $30/hr Responsibilities: Interpret job specifications from project managers to create accurate workflow documents and programming logic Develop and verify variable data imaging to meet press, production, and postal standards Prepare print files, internal reports, and documentation for production and sales teams Manage customer data requests, including file dumps, data modifications, and proof changes Troubleshoot press imaging issues and provide technical support to production staff Stay up to date with software, processes, and pre-press technology to ensure high accuracy Archive files properly and ensure error-free file preparation that meets all postal and customer requirements What You Bring: 2-3 years of experience in a pre-press or similar printing environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel Working knowledge of print production processes and standards Strong attention to detail and technical troubleshooting skills Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
