Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $30/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Interpret job specifications from project managers to create accurate workflow documents and programming logic
  • Develop and verify variable data imaging to meet press, production, and postal standards
  • Prepare print files, internal reports, and documentation for production and sales teams
  • Manage customer data requests, including file dumps, data modifications, and proof changes
  • Troubleshoot press imaging issues and provide technical support to production staff
  • Stay up to date with software, processes, and pre-press technology to ensure high accuracy
  • Archive files properly and ensure error-free file preparation that meets all postal and customer requirements



What You Bring:



  • 2-3 years of experience in a pre-press or similar printing environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of print production processes and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and technical troubleshooting skills
