Position Summary/Details: We are seeking a motivated Spring Interns and Co-Ops to support our Information Technology (IT) functional application teams. The roles provides hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration and business process solutions within a global SAP environment. The interns will assist with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities across SAP modules and infrastructure. IT Functional Focus Area Opportunities for Interns & Co-Ops:
Compliance & Risk: Will assist in coordinating IT risk, compliance and audit related activities. Will gain experience in administering IT Compliance Management Systems and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool(s). Will assist in information sharing activities with partner utilities including gathering of metrics and managing of surveys. Additionally, you may be asked to perform other administrative and reporting activities. Architecture Framework: This position will assist in modernizing our environment by working through IT Architecture Framework in implementing templates, models and validating the data for the architecture artifacts. The role will be responsible with assisting the creation of templates and documents that will be used by the Architecture practice and assist and automate and standardize the process for the Architecture Review Boar. Database Management: Collaborate and assist as part of a team that designs, implements, and maintains all components of Database Management Systems (DBMSs). Learns to plan organize and coordinate database-related projects and maintenance activities. Assists in analyzing and visualizing data, building reports and dashboards for internal departmental use. Asset & Vendor Management: In this role, the student works closely with the business units and Technology to understand their needs and serves as the point of contact for all Technology purchases, SAP invoice processing and deliveries. Helps develop and assists in the creation of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs), and Statement of Work (SOWs) under the guidelines and guidance of Corporate Purchasing and Contracts SAP Basis & Applications This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise systems administration and business process solutions within a global SAP environment. The student will assist with day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities across SAP modules and infrastructure. Project Management, PMO Support our IT Project Management Office in system administration, requirements documentation, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in PMO operations within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. The IT PMO Intern will work closely with our project managers and system administrators to streamline project workflows and enhance PMO effectiveness. Physical Location of Opportunities: Midtown HQ: 3600 Midtown Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 Or Bears Operations Center (BOC): 1006 Bearss Ave., Tampa, FL 33549 Working Conditions Mostly in a normal office environment Preferred Availability: 20-30 hours per week ideally but can accommodate up to 40 hours if that is what you are seeking. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: The successful applicant should be enrolled in an accredited university as a college undergraduate or a graduate level post-secondary educational program in a related discipline.
