Could you be our new Professional Development Coordinator? Are you?


  • Experienced in an administrative external facing support role.
  • Skilled in managing calendars, coordinating virtual meetings, and prioritizing multiple projects with accuracy and care.
  • A clear communicator who contributes ideas in team settings and collaborates across departments.
  • Skilled in client onboarding and operational support including finance administration, maintaining accurate client records and detailed data handling.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM systems (like Microsoft Dynamics 365), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to support client and internal workflows.
  • Willing to participate in occasional travel throughout the year to assist with team and client engagements.

Your new role:


  • Deliver a smooth client experience by coordinating contract workflows, virtual engagements, and ensure every client touchpoint from CRM updates to calendar invites is handled with precision and care.
  • Enable sales success by building quotes, raising PO's, placing orders, reporting on fulfillment and invoicing and all new client onboarding.
  • Play a key role in successful product launches and virtual engagements by coordinating sessions, calendars, feedback surveys and ensuring every detail supports an outstanding client experience.
  • Support teamwork and innovation by sharing ideas in sales meetings and staying current on our latest offerings.
  • Enable targeted campaign and account support by providing accurate lists and account data in Highspot for delivering campaigns.

Compensation at Sage is influenced by several factors, including but not limited to skill set, nature and level of experience, qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
