Summary:



The Business Intelligence Training & Development Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Ben E. Keith's new Power BI platform within the Food General Office. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the company's data and analytics future by leading the setup, creation, and refinement of reporting tools that empower leaders to make data-driven business decisions.


The specialist will work cross-functionally with departments across Ben E. Keith Foods to understand reporting needs, build tailored reports, and implement effective analytics solutions. Once the tool is firmly established, the individual will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to department leaders at the General Office of Ben E. Keith Foods, ensuring they can confidently use Power BI to drive insights and decision-making.


In addition to training and tool development, the specialist may collaborate with departments on special projects requiring advanced data analysis. This role is central to embedding a culture of data literacy and business intelligence across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:


* Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Power BI for the General Office of Ben E. Keith Foods.


* Assist in the design, setup, and ongoing refinement of BI dashboards and reporting tools.


* Partner with departments to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.


* Develop and facilitate training sessions for department leaders on effective Power BI usage.


* Support special projects involving data analytics, reporting, and visualization.


* Champion data-driven decision-making across the General Office of Ben E. Keith Foods.



Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance in accordance with company standards and regulations
  • Travel requirement: including overnight stays for customer visits and business meetings as needed
  • Standard office environment with occasional warehouse or customer site visits
