  • Lead the development of enterprise data architecture on GCP to support analytics, operations, and AI workloads.

  • Define metadata strategies and knowledge graph frameworks to enhance data discoverability and reuse.

AI & Intelligent Systems

  • Architect and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM integration and agent-based frameworks.

  • Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and frameworks that align with business needs.

  • Establish and enforce ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation, transparency, and accountability.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to delivery teams across the organization.

  • Champion data governance, quality, and security best practices across the enterprise.

Innovation & Continuous Learning

  • Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, data engineering, and AI.

  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply advanced analytics and AI to business challenges.

What We Seek:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect, AI Architect, or similar role.

  • 10+ years of experience in a data focuses role or AI solution design, with at least 3 years leading AI/ML initiatives.

  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure also considered).

  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, governance, and security principles.

  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vertex AI).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Google Cloud Certified or equivalent cloud architecture certifications.

  • Experience with knowledge graph technologies and metadata management.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global, remote-first environment.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Expertise in data engineering, data modeling, and data architecture.

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies and frameworks.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills that fit a global work culture with remote teams
