Role Overview

The Logistics Business Analyst will support the Warehouse Operations Manager and Logistics Leadership team and be the analysis lead for the organization. This role will act as the liaison for the Logistics organization and warehouses, Customer Service, Business Units, and Supply Chain organizations, as well as provide SharePoint support for existing tools.



This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work in Rochester, New York.

Responsibilities:



  • Collect data, create reports, analyze data using SAP Analytics, SAP, and various files.
  • Lead, facilitate and participate in cross functional process improvements - using data to identify the opportunities.
  • Interface, coordinate, and communicate with Leadership, Supply Chain, Customer Order Services (COS); facilitating process excellence for new/changing businesses or issue resolution.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, communicate, and troubleshoot existing processes. Responsibilities include leading/hosting conference calls and cross-functional meetings, follow-up with Operations Leadership, Systems, Transportation, Inventory Control, Hazmat Team, and the warehouses.
  • Maintain\support existing SharePoint sites.

  • Demonstrated formal and/or situational leadership skills
  • College degree or equivalent experience
