As part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a dependable Area Managerto join our team and play a crucial role in our Field Operations department. Performs management functions for field operations to ensure efficient and effective use of equipment, materials, and staffing. Coordinates communications between directors, engineers, customers, and supervisors. Administers specific personnel actions, including hiring, terminations, performance reviews, merit increases, and employee warnings. Job Responsibilities

Driver's License Physical Requirements
Office-Based Role Work Experience
Five to ten years of directly related experience in water and wastewater treatment/operations, including at least three years in a managerial role. Construction-related experience is a plus. License: Class A or B Certification in Biological Wastewater, Water Treatment and Distribution issued by the state. Education: Requires advanced vocational skills and knowledge of water and wastewater operations and management, which may be acquired by obtaining Class "A" or "B" certification in Water and Wastewater Operation.
