Sales Account Manager - Print Device

Location: Flexible

Pay Range: $105,000 - $123,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Kyocera International, Inc. is hiring a Sales Account Manager to grow our Print Device business in Princeton, NJ. This role focuses on both new business development and expanding relationships within the existing customer base. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, including Account Management, Engineering, Solutions, and Marketing, to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, and partner offerings.

What You'll Do



  • Deliver innovative solutions that differentiate the company and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer business needs and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and directly engage with customers to drive sales and improve satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and partners to implement integrated solutions for business clients across various sectors.
  • Support efforts to streamline and enhance customer systems and services through customized product and service offerings.
    Ensure detailed project plans are created, communicated, and tracked throughout execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee projects to ensure alignment with customer expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project initiation, scope definition, requirements gathering, and scheduling for new implementations and ongoing support.
  • Achieve key business objectives including order fulfillment, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead sales activities within assigned territory or accounts.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts for orders, revenue, and supply chain demand.
  • Contribute to long-range planning including annual and multi-year strategic outlooks.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with internal support teams including product, finance, quality, and supply chain to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and analyze relevant sales and marketing data.
  • Develop and scale solutions for customers across retail, business, and enterprise segments.
  • Create actionable plans for successful implementation and growth of strategic solutions.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.


What We're Looking For



  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience (electronics industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of thermal printhead technology
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
