Sales Engineer - Flexible Location

Kyocera International, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer for our Print Device group to join our team!

Salary Range: $83,657 - $121,132 per year
Actual compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and market factors.

About the Role: Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical expert and relationship builder for our customers. You'll drive new business, support product development, and collaborate across departments to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Meet monthly sales goals and contribute to long-term growth plans
  • Use engineering knowledge to support existing products and develop new ones
  • Manage customer relationships and represent their needs internally
  • Collaborate with global teams for pricing, delivery, and technical support
  • Travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
  • Present technical solutions via webinars, trade shows, and in-person meetings
  • Mentor junior staff and lead projects as needed


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Technical field preferred)
  • 5+ years in technical sales; 3+ years in target industry/application
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and materials
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and basic SAP functions
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
