Material Coordinator

Position: Material Coordinator

Location: Austin, Texas
Shift: Monday-Friday, 5 PM-4 AM
Type: 18 month contract
Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily stores activities and satellite receiving
• Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Audit, locate, and transfer kits/materials for shipment
• Receive parts, verify deliveries, and update inventory systems (e.g., SAP)
• Monitor and maintain shortage reports and work orders
• Coordinate non-conformance processing and cleanroom material delivery
• Prevent excess material accumulation and purge obsolete stock
• Repenish line-side bins and regulate material flow to manufacturing

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Inventory Experience
• Audit of materials for shipments
• SAP inventory system
• Replenishing of stock

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, squatting, climbing, lifting (>15 lbs), and manual dexterity
• Use of PPE (coveralls, respirators, gloves, etc.) in cleanroom environments
• Operation of forklifts and heavy machinery
• Tolerance for noise and environmental conditions (heat, cold, fumes, etc.)
