What does a day in life look like:
In this position, you will get to:
- Plan, manage, and optimize sales performance using SPM tools and frameworks
- Design and allocate sales targets across regions, teams, and individuals
- Ensure quotas are realistic, data-driven, and aligned with business goals
- Use historical performance, market potential, and territory data to model quota distribution
- Automate and manage incentive compensation plans
- Ensure accurate and timely commission payments based on performance metrics
- Handle exceptions, disputes, and adjustments with transparency and auditability
- Track KPIs like quota attainment, win rates, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle length
- Identify top performers, underperforming areas, and trends over time
- Support leadership with dashboards and insights for strategic decisions
- Use predictive analytics to forecast revenue, headcount needs, and territory coverage
- Collaborate with sales operations and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and availability.
- Answer best practices, process and "How To" Questions
- Participate in driving functional requirements / user stories
- Hands-on assistance in supporting user adoption and solving technical support issues
You Have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics.
- Proventrack record in reporting automation, sales performance analysis, and process optimization
- Hands-on experience with Sales Performance Management (SPM) tools (e.g. Anaplan, Xactly, Varicent) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,)
- Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. English (native, proficient level).
- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (Office)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Understanding of Agile, SCRUM methodology.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals, as well as the willingness and ability to continuously learn new skills and take on added responsibilities.
- Certifications in tools/platforms like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and SPM platforms (e.g., Xactly) are a plus.
