As a Multimedia Project Management Lead, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and developing engaging learning experiences that drive measurable results. Collaborating with subject matter experts and project teams, you'll transform complex information into dynamic, user-centered content. What You'll Do: Develop engaging and effective web-based and instructor-led training programs.
Create impactful multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive learning modules.
Manage projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learning outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design targeted training solutions.
Evaluate existing training materials and identify areas for improvement.
Leverage learning technologies and platforms to enhance the learning experience.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and multimedia development. Must-Haves: Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in course development tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven experience in video production, including scripting, recording, editing, and post-production.
3+ years of experience in designing and developing adult technical learning programs.
2+ years of project management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint 365.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Haves: 2+ years of experience in automotive-related learning and development.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
