Our leading financial client is seeking a rockstar Digital Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex web and digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in managing technical web projects, martech implementations, and digital programs. You excel at organizing workflows, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and establishing clear project governance.
What You'll Do:
Project Delivery
- Manage the execution of digital initiatives including website development, platform integrations, and digital campaigns (experience working with cross channel programs - need social, email, web)
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; proactively manage risks and dependencies
- Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables meet agreed standard
- Deliverables include: Project Plans & Schedules for each initiative, Weekly Status Reports with risks, issues, and progress updates, Final Project Close-Out Report
Stakeholder Alignment
- Serve as the point of contact between Marketing, Tech, Creative, and agency partners
- Translate technical requirements into actionable steps for non-technical stakeholders
- Provide regular project status reports, risk logs, and executive updates
Process & Governance
- Apply best practices for project management (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid depending on the project)
- Standardize documentation, workflows, and QA processes to streamline delivery
- Leverage Asana to track progress and increase visibility
- Manage meetings to gain stakeholder alignment
Digital Expertise
- Ensure projects align with digital best practices including SEO, analytics, data governance, and accessibility
- Partner with analytics to define KPIs and measure project outcomes
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of experience managing digital and web projects, ideally in a consulting or contractor capacity.
- Proven ability to deliver enterprise-level web development projects, martech integrations, and digital marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore) and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
