As an Inventory Planner, you will:

• Oversee end-to-end inventory planning, ensuring timely purchasing of finished goods to support consumer demand.
• Manage supply health by creating purchase orders, adjusting supply parameters, and optimizing supply efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Demand & Supply Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Brand, to align on inventory targets and delivery expectations.
• Analyze data, track key metrics, and identify risks to ensure on-time delivery and inventory productivity.
• Resolve operational challenges, escalating issues as needed to maintain inventory health.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and optimize planning tools.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a related supply chain field.
• Proven experience managing a large SKU count within a retail environment.
• Proficiency in ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in end-customer management.
• Retail background with an understanding of marketplace dynamics.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as SAP or similar.
