As a vital member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the production of high-quality finished goods. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our material planning strategies, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost efficiencies. Your contributions will directly influence our ability to meet business objectives, maintain production schedules, and ensure our products reach consumers seamlessly. This role offers the chance to lead and participate in key projects, continuously enhancing our supply chain capabilities and fostering innovation within a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute material requirement plans to ensure the availability of supplies and work-in-process, directly supporting production schedules.
- Maintain accurate planning information within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other planning tools, updating as necessary for material or product changes.
- Strategically manage material changes to align with business plans and minimize obsolescence.
- Coordinate material production with overall production timelines, collaborating with various internal teams.
- Partner with vendors to synchronize schedules and establish priorities, proactively preventing supply constraints or customer service issues, and ensuring vendor resources meet business needs.
- Contribute to the execution and completion of special projects within the logistics and supply chain domain.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to organize resources effectively and analyze alternatives to make sound decisions.
- Strong communication skills, a track record of achieving results, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and facilitate diverse perspectives to drive innovative solutions.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
- Experience with ERP systems or other material planning software.
- Working knowledge of supply chain interactions.
