Elevate the narrative of a global automotive leader and shape the way they communicate their digital product journey. As a Presentations Designer, you'll partner with senior leadership to transform their vision into compelling presentations and visuals that inspire teams, partners, and customers alike. This exciting role calls for a master storyteller with a keen eye for design and a passion for crafting compelling narratives. You will be the voice of the digital product organization, translating complex information into easily digestible stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Here's what you'll be doing: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop presentations and documents that effectively communicate strategic objectives and key initiatives.
Transform complex ideas and leadership vision into clear, concise, and engaging narratives tailored for executive audiences and cross-functional partners.
Refine content and messaging through iterative feedback loops with senior leaders, ensuring the story resonates and achieves its intended impact.
Proactively gather information from subject matter experts to create comprehensive and accurate narratives.
Design and produce high-impact executive-level presentations, incorporating strong visual design, information hierarchy, and storytelling techniques.
Develop and maintain a library of presentation templates, visual assets, and style guides to ensure brand consistency.
Act as a strategic advisor on narrative structure and message articulation, offering creative solutions to enhance communication effectiveness.
Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, often under tight deadlines.
Design and implement a system for prioritizing and delivering against ongoing visual communication needs from leadership and stakeholders.
Take ownership and accountability for the quality, impact, and timely delivery of executive-level presentations. Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree
- Experience creating presentations and communication materials within a large or complex organization.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Strong visual design skills and experience with information hierarchy and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Design (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communication), Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of product management principles and the digital product lifecycle.
- 5+ years of relevant full-time professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma) including experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working with product or engineering teams.
This is an hybrid position in Dearborn, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.67/hr.
