In this role you'll make an impact by:
As a Phage Lab Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment focused on customer support through our phage testing service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining ampoule and plate inventories used for testing
• Maintaining and organizing data, including entry of data into Phage registry, documentation of lab reports, lab requisitions and files in the applicable databases. Follows-up with appropriate personnel when necessary
• Assisting in the isolation, propagation, and purification of bacteriophages
• Performing routine microbiological assays needed to advance innovation projects
• Maintaining accurate lab records and helping ensure compliance with lab safety protocols
• Collaborating closely with scientists and researchers on experimental design and data analysis

To succeed you must hold:
You don't need years of experience-just curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn. We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, biotechnology, or a related field
• Has basic lab skills (e.g., pipetting, sterile technique, media preparation)
• Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow protocols accurately
• Communicates well and thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment
• Is excited to grow with a company focused on innovation and sustainability

Location: West Allis, WI (On-Site)
