We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of SelectTech's programs with a strong focus on organization, communication, and collaboration. This role is pivotal in assisting project managers and other leaders in the planning, execution, and completion of various programs. Serving as a central point of contact, the Project Coordinator will facilitate communication, track progress, and ensure that projects meet their objectives within the specified time frame and budget. Essential Functions



  • Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project spend plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Facilitate communication for project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project risk registers to assist project managers' control and communicate project risk to stakeholders and customers.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities and ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring project deliverables against established quality standards and assisting in corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project-related correspondence


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field preferred; 1-4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse project team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
