Location: Chesterfield, MO or Mt. Sterling, IL
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Sr. Director of Product Management
Salary Range: $82,672 - $124,008 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As the Program Manager, you'll ensure your team's delivery success by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team.

You'll facilitate the successful delivery of business value within an Agile framework, with a focus on managing interdependencies between multiple teams for complex solution delivery and providing clear and consistent communication with all involved. WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Program Delivery -

    • Lead end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional programs, coordinating work across multiple teams and projects
    • Proactively plan and sequence activities aligned with product priorities, removing blockers to progress
    • Support teams in organizing for optimal outcomes with clear boundaries for self-organization
    • Define and manage program scope, requirements, solutions, and responsibilities internally and externally


  • Manage Dependencies -

    • Manage cross-team dependencies, including priorities, sprint plans, testing, integration, and releases
    • Execute a strategy and roadmap to provide compelling capabilities that help Product Owners and Managers to achieve business goals


  • Visibility/Communications -

    • Keep all parties informed of project scope and milestones
    • Provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and benefits




YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Dot experience
  • 3+ years of practical experience working with IT and other business departments
  • Demonstratable experience in agile development environments, capturing and managing business requirements from variable functions/teams and data-driven decision making
  • Advanced understanding of business processes and practices
  • Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Familiarity with information architecture and creative disciplines
  • Experience with requirement/test/project management solutions, preferably JIRA


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, training, or meetings
