*Job Title: Analytics Manager*
*Job Description*We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee the operations and execution of our Global Sales Compensation programs. This pivotal role is responsible for designing and administering incentive plans that align tightly with business objectives, drive revenue growth, and support talent motivation and retention. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our global sales teams are empowered and rewarded for performance. *Responsibilities* * Lead the design and implementation of global sales compensation plans aligned with business objectives. * Collect stakeholder feedback annually to refine compensation design. * Establish and manage annual quota-setting processes for global sales teams. * Monitor and report on sales performance against quotas through quarterly/annual reports. * Own all monthly processes on quotas and comp plans, including new hires and shifts in the POD model. * Provide ongoing training and enablement for sales teams on compensation plans and tools. * Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support senior management and strategic initiatives. * Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Sales Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business goals. *Essential Skills* * BA/BS or equivalent experience. * 8+ years of related experience. * Proven experience in sales compensation, preferably in a global, high-growth, and fast-paced environment. * Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company. * Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sound business judgment. * Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate new concepts when interfacing with Inside Sales teams and Business Leaders. * Experience with Xactly; strong Excel and modeling skills. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Ability to bring together multiple sources of data and generate insights and business recommendations. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and work under tight deadlines to prioritize multiple deliverables and responsibilities. * Interprets business issues and recommends best practices and innovative solutions. * Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy. * Experience leading the ideation, planning, and implementation of business processes to enable more effective operations. * High standards of accuracy and precision. * Ability to think creatively and problem solve; highly driven and self-motivated. *Why Work Here?*Join a dynamic and innovative company that values cross-functional collaboration and rewards performance. The position requires flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and precision. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.
