General Function: This function covers incumbents responsible for the operations activities relating to the Private Client / Banking business. An intermediate professional responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Individual at this level is expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to supervisors or other experts.

  • Individual would be expected to contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific product or process.

  • May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner.

  • May direct day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.

  • Roles at this level are typically for those exhibiting strong basic executional capabilities and who are beginning to take on more responsibility. However, there is not significant independence of action at this level.

  • This level may include individuals in the final stages of a University / College graduate training program or those studying for a professional qualification or accreditation.

  • Primary focus is on execution within defined parameters, with some expansion based on developing capabilities and or experiences, in partnership with more experienced staff.

  • Daily activities will include cash processing, including cashier checks and wires, deposit account openings and closings, and client and deposit account maintenance.

  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Typically 3 years or similar experience.

  • Associate's Degree Preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

  • Acquired understanding of company policies, procedures, and operations.

  • Effective customer relations both internal and external
