You'll coordinate shipments, analyze demand trends, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. What You Will Be Doing: Analyze material maintenance, repair and operations items to ensure operations is functional Coordinates and expedites maintenance and repair items with suppliers, logistics, and operations to meet operation's needs. Works collaboratively with Maintenance, Materials, and Supplier Management regarding supply chain issues and Lean Improvement projects. Maintains and manages inventory on hand and systematically, product coding and material master records. Analyzes and dispositions slow moving and obsolete inventory Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related operational roles COUPA and SAP experience, with proficiency in managing procurement and inventory systems Materials experience, including handling, planning, and flow of raw materials and finished goods Inventory management skills, with a focus on accuracy, optimization, and demand alignment Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple teams and levels of management Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes and operational flow Manufacturing maintenance experience, including exposure to preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives Who We Are: Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
