As a Dishwasher, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your role is essential to maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized back-of-house operation that supports the culinary team. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Key Responsibilities: Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of dish room, sinks, and workstations Assist with trash removal and recycling duties Operate dishwashing machines and monitor chemical levels Support kitchen staff with restocking clean items as needed Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Apply to Levy today!
