Groundskeeper

Responsibilities

* Perform daily grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general landscaping duties

* Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees throughout the growing season

* Remove trash and debris from property grounds and parking lots

* Perform snow and ice removal during winter months (shoveling, salting, plowing as needed)

* Operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment safely and effectively

* Report any property damage or safety hazards to management

* Assist with light maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications

* Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, rain)

* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
