*Top Skills Requirements:* * 3-5 years of design experience * 2+ years of SplashThat experience * Online portfolio showcasing work samples - event pages and emails for events of all sizes. *Role Description* *Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer* to support the execution of high-volume design work for their b2b business messaging team. This role will be involved with events, focused on producing visually compelling and brand-consistent assets across a large collection of landing pages and marketing touchpoints. You'll work closely with marketers, UX designers, and developers to deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with company s brand standards. *Key Responsibilities* * *SplashThat Experience*: Build and manage event pages using SplashThat. Ensure design assets are optimized for the platform and aligned with brand guidelines. * *Production Design Execution*: Create and refine visual assets for events, including landing pages and banners. * *Brand Compliance*: Apply brand guidelines rigorously across all deliverables. Collaborate with brand reviewers to ensure all assets meet quality and compliance standards. * *Figma Mastery*: Build and maintain production-ready files using approved Figma components. Organize files for scalability and team collaboration. * *Image Editing*: Use Photoshop for light image manipulation and asset prep before finalizing in Figma. * *Cross-functional Collaboration*: Participate in design reviews, clearly communicate design decisions, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. * *Project Management*: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and proactively communicate progress and blockers. *Ideal Candidate* * Proven experience in *production design* for digital marketing or web platforms. * Expert-level proficiency in *Figma* and working knowledge of *Photoshop*. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to design consistency. * Comfortable working autonomously and managing high-volume design work. * Familiarity with advertising products and brand systems is a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
